Performance Marketing Manager (eCommerce/Online Learning Solutions, hands-on working style)

SkillLane is looking for a performance-driven and data-oriented marketing expert with a track record of success in scaling business results. Our preferred candidate must be both strategic and hands-on, an excellent communicator, and must have proven leadership skills and success in the strategy and execution of holistic campaigns across a broad range of marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, deployment and management of performance marketing programs for the retail business passionate about customer acquisition and retention, partner programs, segmentation, targeting, contact strategy, tracking, test plans, database integration, privacy compliance and measurement.
  • Lead/execute digital marketing efforts across offline/online O&O, paid social, SEM, programmatic, mobile/app, video, emerging platforms, and omnichannel, customer journeys & marketing automation.
  • Drive product awareness, customer acquisition and sale, growing lifetime customer value with an optimized portfolio of communications.
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and business plans, media calendar, weekly digital marketing reports and quarterly business reviews in partnership with the merchandising leads.
  • Identify gaps and drive improvements in our digital marketing management system, such as weekly reports, business reviews, and collaboration methods.
  • Build relationships and influence diverse partners and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Oversee marketing budget with a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female , Thai nationality.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing online/digital owned & operated and all things digital (paid media, email, sms, web/app push) for well-known eCommerce site or brands.
  • Expertise in Advertising & Marketing Technology and, campaign optimization
  • Strong ability to inspire and coach, and a history of hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough understanding of cross-channel attribution.
  • Experience overseeing a marketing budget, and holistically managing spend allocation across channels.
  • Ability to think strategically across the short, medium and long term marketing vision and goals.
  • Thoughtful, collaborative leadership with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Experience working with Google, Facebook/Instagram, various demand side platforms (DSPs), email service providers (ESPs).
  • Strategy minded, but still knows how to drive execution.
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of advertising and marketing technology, emerging digital platforms, and offline/online marketing trends
  • Experience particularly with marketing digital consumer products a plus.
  • Familiarity with online content initiatives, SkillLane products, online courses is a plus.
