We are looking for an experienced user-centric designer with great aesthetics and craftsmanship to tackle the challenges to raise a higher standard of Thai education. You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality human-centric outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of designers in the latest UX/UI/visual techniques and tools, apply design principles, and conduct user research as needed to create and deliver engaging and high-quality experiences that lead to desired business outcomes.
• Be responsible for identifying potential risks before it arises, and safeguarding design quality
• Design aesthetics and user-friendly interfaces, and improve designs with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Facilitate discussion, user research sessions, synthesize findings and iteratively integrate them into design solutions.
• Work in cross-functional teams closely with product owners, engineers, quality assurance engineers, and other related stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage projects, documentation, billings, and contracts related to the team.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality.
• At least 4-5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio to prove it, hands-on interaction/visual design of a UI/UX through the product development cycle.
• At least 1 year of team management experience.
• Be passionate, energetic, and ambitious to raise higher standards for SkillLane products and the team.
• Have a solid understanding and experience in design principles, design process, conducting user research, and facilitating workshop sessions.
• Experience designing apps or websites. Understand the limitations of designing for different platforms such as iOS, Android, and web.
• Be data-driven and logical. Use a logical systematic approach to solving a problem and everything that you do.
• Be open and know how to communicate, feedback, and work with other people.
• An expert in UX/UI software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Zeplin (Figma preferred)
