HR Business Partner – Commercial and Production Team

As one of SkillLane’s HR Business partners, you would be the “go-to” person for all HR touchpoints for our marketing, B2B, and course development teams. Your main goal is making sure that all SkillLers are having positive employee experiences here.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR touchpoints for our marketing, B2B, Course Development teams.
• Act as an interview coach/partner to all hiring managers.
• Manage L&D activities to ensure that our talents possess up-to-date skills.
• Produce industry-competitive value proposition to all staffs to maximize their positive employee experiences.
• Actively looking for opportunities for our company to represent ourselves to targeted talent pool and tech industry.
• Help us becoming Thailand’s most preferred tech employer.

Qualification:

• Thai nationality.
  
• You understand the concept of “Employee Value Proposition” and knows how to create a positive one.
• At least 3 years of experiences in Human Resources function.
• Strong HR fundamental
• Experienced in dealing with talents in tech, professional services, and creative industries.
• Possess presentable personality (you look sharp and you talk, dress stylishly)
• You’re the best person when it comes to representing us as one of Thailand’s leading tech companies.
