Client Success Associate – SkillLane for Business (B2B)

This is a key role within our SkillLane for Business team. You are the key person to help enterprise clients reaching their online learning success,
maximizing their positive experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all post-sales activities with enterprise clients (mostly SET100, MNCs) to maximize client’s experiences and satisfaction
  such as online learning adoption strategy and execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing) to fulfill client’s online learning request.
• Build and manage relationship with stakeholders within client’s organization.
• Ensure that client’s satisfaction will lead to contract renewal of our online learning solutions.

Qualification:
• At least 2 years of experiences in managing accounts of enterprise clients.
• Strong track record in post-sales relationship management with clients.
• Strong analytical and logical skill.
• Can be very hands-on while being strategic.
• Direct experiences with System Integration, SaaS solutions is a big plus.
