Customer Support (Inbound)

Responsibilities:
• Be a point of contact for customers (via Phone, Facebook, LINE, Email, etc.)
• Support customers to solve problems and provide any assistance
• Record and track customer's issues for further work
• Coordinate with other related teams
• Work as assigned by the team and supervisor
• Accountable for meeting individual (OKRs )and team goals.
• Able to work on rotating shifts. (11:00AM - 8:00 PM including weekends and public holidays)


Qualification
• Male or Female Thai nationality
• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• At least 2 years experience in Call Centre , Customer Support or related field is preferable.
• Control your emotions well at all times. Even in a stressful situation
• Good public mind, working well with others Happy to help others
• Self managed, responsible for your own responsibility.
• Attention to details Emphasizing accuracy and completeness
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs fluently
• Able to use computer and smartphone fluently
