Responsibilities:
âĒ Be a point of contact for customers (via Phone, Facebook, LINE, Email, etc.)
âĒ Support customers to solve problems and provide any assistance
âĒ Record and track customer's issues for further work
âĒ Coordinate with other related teams
âĒ Work as assigned by the team and supervisor
âĒ Accountable for meeting individual (OKRs )and team goals.
âĒ Able to work on rotating shifts. (11:00AM - 8:00 PM including weekends and public holidays)
Qualification
âĒ Male or Female Thai nationality
âĒ Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
âĒ At least 2 years experience in Call Centre , Customer Support or related field is preferable.
âĒ Control your emotions well at all times. Even in a stressful situation
âĒ Good public mind, working well with others Happy to help others
âĒ Self managed, responsible for your own responsibility.
âĒ Attention to details Emphasizing accuracy and completeness
âĒ Able to use Microsoft Office programs fluently
âĒ Able to use computer and smartphone fluently
