Business Development Manager (B2B Team) - Online Learning Solutions

SkillLane is looking for a BD Manager to join our B2B (Online learning solutions) team. This role is a part of our key business units. You will be exposed to key decision makers, C-levels and seniors HR people in SET100 companies and MNCs.


Responsibilities:

  • Explore sale opportunities with new potential client in order to create new pipeline and expand markets.
  • Manage sale and revenue growth across B2B product from start to end process.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Develop and deliver attractive presentations.
  • Visit clients to discuss and identify client’s needs or requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Owner to develop products for B2B clients
  • Close sales with new clients
  • Be the contact person with the client to provide initial technical support.
  • Prepare report and document to support sale process.


Qualification:

  • Thai nationality.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management with at least 2 years of managing B2B accounts.
  • Familiar with target-driven working environment
  • Proven record in negotiation, presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Highly analytical, can be strategic.
  • Have own car with driving license and willing to travel to meet clients.
  • Direct background in selling Saas or corporate learning solution is preferred.
