THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and Develop Online Master Degrees with Universities
• Partnering with expert instructors and establish course curriculum
• Build and manage ongoing processes to design degree programs
• Being an intermediary between instructors and academics and customers
• Coordinate closely with video production team to operate activities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant partners.
• Manage team members and develop their skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years experienced in HRD, OD, or Educational fields
• Learning & Development planning experience – create and manage training plan also courses curriculum
• Knowledge of Learning and Development market and trend
• Experience coordinating with various Training Institutes and various instructors
• Self-driven with the energy and resilience to perform consistently at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills and strong communication and negotiation skills
