Performance Marketing Specialist

The performance marketing specialist will support the growth of online retailing business and the execution of various digital marketing campaigns. You will be working in Thailand no.1 EdTech company.

The ideal candidate is proficient in analyzing digital media campaign performance and provides strategic insights and optimizes campaign of Facebook, Google, EDM, etc. The selected candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, have excellent organization skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and provide quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute paid media campaigns related to new product launch, promotional campaigns, etc.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns in order to drive profitable financial results and improve customer experiences.
  • Take responsibilities on multiple online media channels which include Facebook, SEM, EDM, Youtube, Display network, LinkedIn, Twitters, etc.
  • Support marketing and customer data to senior executives and other functional teams.
  • Coordinate across functional team to plan and execute marketing campaign effectively.
  • Provide monthly report related to online marketing and ecommerce metrics.
  • Keep updated on digital marketing trends and tools. Explore new opportunities, channels, tools, or partners to drive efficiency and grow the business.


  • BA/BS degree with quantitative focus (economics, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferable in digital marketing field.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing Platform, Youtube Ads, Display Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Passionate for problem-solving and the hunger to constantly ask “WHY?”.
  • Lifelong learners especially in Ecommerce business and Digital marketing.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
