Chief Financial Officer (background in Investment Banking, M&A)

This CFO will work closely with our management team to develop and implement financial strategies to complete our IPO mission in 2023, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure our continuous growth and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the financial, legal, and regulatory framework of the company for IPO.
• Participate and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, assist in identifying new funding or business opportunities, and develop financial and tax strategies that align with the business plan.
• Manage processes for company’s strategy and business plan, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to the company
• Monitor overall business transaction to ensure the correctness and completeness of account, recording and identified and developed controls and processes to ensure all risks and opportunities are highlighted.
• Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the company's needs
• Cooperate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and the audit committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary
• Manage a team of Head of Finance and Accounting, and 2 accountants.

Qualification:

• Thai nationality.
  
• An academic degree in economics, finance and accounting, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of direct experiences in investment projects and M&A projects.
• At least 3 years of experiences in managing a team.
• Presentable look with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinkers who are driven by results and can innovate and develop creative business and financial solutions.
• Experience in working with listed company is a plus.
