NLP is a powerful tool in today’s world that enables us to create applications that identify specific names, extract relationships between data, and develop technologies that translate languages and summarize texts immediately. Applying NLP in various fields not only enhances efficiency but also improves user experiences, making everyday tasks easier and more enjoyable.

This is a elective course (E) in the Master of Engineering program in Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (International Program) offered by Thammasat University and SkillLane.

Grading Criteria:
This course consists of 1) Quizzes, which account for 40% of the grade, and 2) Final Exam, which accounts for 60% of the grade. Grades will be assigned based on the following scheme:

A 90-100
A- 85-89.99
B+ 80-84.99
B 75-79.99
B- 70-74.99
C+ 65-69.99
C 60-64.99
D 50-59.99
F 0-49.99

Instructor Background:
Dr. Nuttapong Sanglerdsinlapachai 
Currently, Dr. Nuttapong is a researcher in Strategic Analytics Networks with Machine Learning and AI Research Team (SAI) at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC). He has academic expertise in various fields including Text Analytics, Data Analytics, and Data Mining.

Dr. Nuttapong completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Kasetsart University, Thailand, and Ph.D. in Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan and Ph.D. in Engineering & Technology, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand.
