HRD Consultant (SkillLane for Business/B2B team)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Development Consultant who can support our SET100 and MNC clients, helping them with their HRD challenges.

You’ll get to work with a high caliber team of tech and HRD people who strive for high quality outcome to maintain our position as a trusted online learning partner
for corporate/enterprise clients within a highly competitive industry.


Responsibilities:

• Analysis: Conduct learning and development need assessment and identify gaps that need to be addressed for enterprise clients.
• Design: Prepare organization training roadmap, proposal for solutions for enterprise clients.
• Delivery: Take part in delivering staff training, workshops, and activities for enterprise client, based on client’s directions, competency dictionary.
• Trust management: Develop and maintain high level of trust with clients.
• Work closely with Business Development Manager, Academy Manager within our B2B team to delivery hybrid HRD solutions to clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality.
• An academic degree preferably in business management or human resource development.
• At least 7 years of experiences in HR Development (consulting background is a plus)
• Direct experience in delivering training and workshop sessions, both offline and online.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Strong network with trainers and facilitators in HRD field.
• The right mindset to navigate uncertainties and to work as a team, and the ability to make nice presentation slides!
