Digital Marketing Specialist (Planner)

This role will develop, implement, track, and optimize digital / online marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deliver product/campaign volume goals.

This role requires strong analytical and implementation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate well. 

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and monitor digital marketing campaigns for online channels (website and social media, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, etc.)
  • Writing creative, succinct and engaging copy for variety of projects/products including marketing materials (brochures, flyers etc.), eDMs, web banners, social media materials, recruitment collaterals, etc.
  • Plan, develop, and implement digital programming and communication campaigns across products and services to attain business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance marketing campaigns on the website and utilizing all digital programming available. Work closely with the Graphic Designer to create high-performing campaign materials.
  • Coordinate digital/offline campaigns with Merchandiser, BI team, Operation team, and external media agency.
  • Calculate and optimize campaign ROI through the use of A/B testing and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, advertising agency or Ecommerce.
  • Deep and broad understanding of digital marketing and production with proven ability to manage and optimize web pages to achieve business results
  • Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize message across multiple channels and marketing vehicle.
  • Proven ability to track and optimize digital analytics and website performance
  • Experience reporting on campaign ROI and website analytics
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and manage multiple projects across several products/services simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and provide ongoing innovation
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Expertise across digital marketing mediums (company website, paid search, mobile, SEO/SEM, display/banner ads, social media)
