Course Development Manager (Online Learning)

We are looking for someone with strong passion in L&D and helping other people to learn.

In this position, you will help acquiring and developing partnerships with individual experts and organizations to bring top online courses to SkillLane. You will be responsible for crafting and developing courses that will make a difference in quality, revenue, and societal benefits.

The main thing we look for is passion an determination. If the thought of changing Thailand's education excites you, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire, and develop partnerships with individual experts and organizations to bring top online courses to SkillLane
• Manage online course production process from start to finish.
• Work closely with experts to develop high quality course curriculum and content
• Provide guidance and advice to video editors to ensure high quality video production
• Lead team, manage workflow, and build great team culture
• Develop and implement strategy to capture education market

Qualifications:
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related fields.
• At least 4 years of working experiences related to training, learning and development, corporate academy.
• Team management experiences.
• Strong analytical and skills. Comfortable working with numbers.
• Passionate about education and digital products.
• Video production (pre, pro, post) skill is a big plus.
