CopyWriter / Content Writer

The Responsibilities: 

  • Work with SkillLane Commercial team to write creative, concise and engaging copy that delivers key course content and is suitable for chosen communication channels such as social media, website, email, SMS, YouTube and etc.
  • Create engaging original copy that delivers key messages and can capture target audiences’ attention to assist our product/brand in triggering conversions later on the customer journey.
  • Design digital content strategies to help SkillLane develop engaging brand relationships with target audiences and help the business achieve desired goals.
  • Research, create and edit engaging original content and creative brief.
  • Actively update popular social topics and/or online buzz and adapt those trends to SkillLane content/copies to build better brand engagement.
  • Periodically report content performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvement to the working team.
  • Proofread and make suggestions when necessary to correct grammar, style and accuracy for all creative copies and contents.
  • Understand target audiences thoroughly and use their insights to create copy that connects with the target audiences.
  • Ability to write compelling news headlines and press releases is a plus.
  • Liaise with internal team and external agency if necessary.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 1 - 3 years experienced in Copywriting / Content Writing preferably from Digital Agency or Online Marketing Business.
  • Strong Thai writing skills is a must.
  • Be passionate in Online Marketing, efficient, details-oriented, pleasant and outgoing attitude
  • Knows how to apply SEO to online content.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and manage multiple projects across several products/services simultaneously.
  • Adopt different points of views and is able to write in various styles and formats.
  • Creative thinker - enjoys generating new ideas and solutions and exciting ways to engage audiences.
  • Detail-oriented – spots mistakes and takes pride in their work.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Ready to work on new, previously untested initiatives and is not deterred by failure.
  • Able to flip between English and Thai copy.
  • Able to drive projects independently and take responsibility readily.
  • Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys working in a collaborative teamwork environment.
  • Have Initiative, creativity and open minded.
