Responsibilities
- Being the project manager to manage instructors, academic officers, and learners to create online degree programs.
- Produce online degrees and National Credit Bank System with university partners, focusing mainly on rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with experts and instructors to establish course curriculum.
- Manage an ongoing process to design degree programs and manage production requirements and timelines.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant partners.
- Research and study laws and announcements related to education to prepare educational regulations for the programs.
- Prepare documents and presentations related to online degree projects.
- Perform administrative tasks regarding the online degree programs.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in professional education and coordinating for government projects
- Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
- Experienced in coordinating with academic or training institutes, teachers, experts, and government officials.
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Google Drive.
- Self-driven with the energy and resilience to perform consistently at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments.
- Knowledge in online course production and learning technology is a plus.
- Good command in English.
